How to see a different way of seeing

Seval Sener: Las Meninas after Velazquez, 2008, tempera, acrylic, glaze on paper, 27x13,5 cm.
It is quite rare have the possibility to experience the world through the eyes of a different culture. Our Western way of seeing is something we have learned (and learned to appreciate) and even that has been changing many times during the centuries.
Now you can challence your language of the eyes and brain in the tiny Islamic interpretations of five famous Western paintings by Turkish artist Seval Sener.
Her beautiful exhibition Renaissance Re-Ordered is eye-opening, and I am happy that I have seen it.
It is still open a few days, so hurry to AMA Studio, Rikhardinkatu 1, Helsinki, on Tues-Fri 11-17, Sat-Sun 12-16 until 29th March.
